The exact content will depend on your needs, but some example topics may include:
– general introduction to qualitative data analysis
– coding the data (what coding is, different approaches to coding, how to code)
– qualitative data analysis with NVivo
– various approaches to data analysis (e.g. grounded theory, interpretative phenomenological analysis)
– discussing your specific data set and how it can be analysed
– helping you overcome a “researcher’s block”, when you have your data but are not sure how to proceed with the analysis
– specific procedures, e.g. within- and cross-case comparisons, coding the data, developing themes, visualizing the results, etc.
