You will receive a detailed report of the findings (click on the image to see an example of my reporting style) which explains the analytic procedures and discusses the findings. Each theme and sub-theme is outlined, and relevant quotes are provided when necessary.
The source file/exported extracts
You will also receive the original NVivo file, and if requested, separate MS Word files with quotes for each theme and sub-theme.

The price is calculated based on a combination of factors, including the size of the dataset (e.g., the number of interview transcripts), the word count of your data (e.g., the length of individual interview transcripts), and the complexity of the analysis (e.g., a study may involve 10 transcripts but take longer than another of similar size if the client wants to compare findings between two groups or examine the impact of demographic factors). Based on these and other factors, I can estimate the time required for the analysis. Generally, even for smaller studies, I need at least 15 hours for the analysis and 10 hours for the write-up, hence the starting price mentioned above
The average turnaround time varies depending on the project’s scope and complexity. For most projects, analysis and reporting typically take 10 to 15 business days, though larger or more detailed analyses may require additional time.
As noted above, you will receive a detailed report outlining the analytic procedures and findings, along with the original project files. Additionally, if requested, I can provide separately exported text files containing all quotes.
I specialize in qualitative data analysis, encompassing interview and focus group data, diaries/documents, open-ended questionnaire responses, reflections, notes, and images. However, I do not conduct systematic literature reviews or statistical analysis of quantitative surveys.
